Yesterday, the Grade 7 class made momos and I was invited along to snap photos and try my hand at it. It was quite difficult to make the twists of the dough to keep the filling inside. Momos are the same as Korean Mandu and Chinese pot stickers or dumplings. Ours were filled with chicken meat, onions, and cilantro. And they were quite tasty.
