So October is almost over and tomorrow the best month of the year starts....what? I am talking about Thanksgiving and Christmas shopping of course! However, I think that this Thanksgiving will be turkeyless, un- pumpkin pied, and stuffing-free.. but I still have a lot to be thankful for.
I have been observing my new class a bit this week... I think the students will be in for a bit of a shock. Their current teacher is this nice, calm, quiet British woman and I am in complete contrast. But I will try to go 'in like an October pumpkin' and only get to the 'out like a Thanksgiving gobbler' by the end of the term (Somehow that does not sound the same as "in like a lion, out like a lamb" that happens in the spring).
Off to school I go....
